Morgan has over 15 years of experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies. ​

 

After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, Morgan moved to New York City seeking a career in marketing for her favorite brands.​In NYC, Morgan spent 6 months interning at Godiva Chocolatier's world headquarters, while also working a retail job. With Godiva’s new fiscal year came a full-time job, kick-starting Morgan’s career in Marketing.​

 

Six years later, Morgan moved to Los Angeles for a new adventure where she continued to work for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, small and large alike.  After four years in California, Morgan moved back to her home state of Colorado to be close to family. In Colorado, she continued working for CPG companies, and got her first taste of working for a startup in food technology at Meati. She was Meati's second employee and helped build the brand and company to over 200 employees with roughly $250M in funding. ​

 

After seeing how much support startups and small businesses could use from experienced marketers, Morgan decided to branch out on her own. The wealth of knowledge she gathered over the years from fortune 500 companies to startups, from coast to coast, gives Morgan a unique perspective of how to help businesses grow while staying true to their mission and values.​
